ReplyDeleteOops, forgot my ID: AnnBan on Ravelry. My current projects are Kate Oates' pattern, Gramps Cardigan. I swatched for it with birch, bamboo, laminated wood, and nickel plated needles, but only my Knitter's Pride Trendz gave me the right gauge! And I used them for my Cat's Paw Lace scarf. The other current project is a pair of to-be-felted bracelet bags, for my nieces. And let's not forget the projects that are "hibernating"!
ReplyDeleteJust finished a pair of socks using my new Size 1 Karbonz. Now on to finish some of those pesky ufo's!

So, on my needles currently are: baby booties (for twins!); 100% wool on circulars for a bag that will be felted; a yoga sock; and scrap yarn on which I'm practising some new stitches! In the meantime, I've got some amazing yarn for which I'm searching for a pattern: or better yet, I may make my own using the new stitch book I just purchased. I'd love to win this Karbonz Interchangeable Needle Starter Set because they sound amazing (I've been thrilled with my other Knitter's Pride needles), but I love making cowls and circs are the best for those! Fingers crossed!

I'm working a ton this summer, right now though I'm working on a lamb I'm going to name Rasta (originally the body was going to be made of malabrigo rasta, it's too thick though so now it's going to be made of malabrigo chunky instead) on size 10 nova interchangables. I'm loving them! Can't wait to use more!
